We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rosefield purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized jewelry and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Rosefield gift box and placing them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
