How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by location, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items cannot be returned.
Are your watches and jewelry water-resistant?
Most of our watches have a water resistance rating of 3 ATM, meaning they are rain and splash resistant but should not be worn while swimming or showering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options like Klarna and Afterpay.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Rosefield watches come with a limited two-year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects.
Can I adjust the size of my watch strap?
Our mesh and link straps are adjustable. Mesh straps can be adjusted manually using a small tool, while link bracelets may require a jeweler to remove links for a perfect fit.
